Free Shipping Policy

  • Eligibility: We are thrilled to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes and after any discounts) to our customers within the United States.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
  • Delivery Time: After processing, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the efficiency of your local delivery service.
  • Carriers: We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your order, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). The choice of carrier is based on the size, weight, and destination of your package.

General Shipping Information

  • Shipping Costs: For orders under $100, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout. The fee is based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination.
  • International Shipping: Currently, Sabila Skincare ships only within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to include international destinations in the near future.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.
  • Shipping to Multiple Addresses: At this time, we cannot split a single order to ship to multiple addresses. A separate order must be placed for each shipping address.
